Blogging is also a great tool to use with second language learners. I could also picture using Google Docs with students in the workshop. Google Maps could be a great tool for students to use when talking about their countries or simply where they're from. How about using Google Maps to talk about Milwaukee or to practice giving directions as in Side by Side. There are so many fun things to do with our students using these tools! I'll be they'd love it, too! I'd be happy to brainstorm with you about this sometime if you'd like!
